MyTheme StudioTerms of Service

MyTheme Studio is made and run by Shreyas Kumar, an independent developer (“I”, “me”, “we”). By downloading or using MyTheme Studio for GitHub or MyTheme Studio for LeetCode (the “Products”), you agree to these terms.
1. Free and Pro
Both Products are free to download and use. MyTheme Studio Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks extra themes and features in both Products for a one time payment of ₹149, billed in Indian rupees (local taxes may be added at checkout, and buyers outside India pay the converted amount set by their bank). What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page.
2. Payments and license keys
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment processing, tax and invoicing under its own buyer terms. After payment you receive a license key by email. A key may be activated on up to 5 browser installations at a time and may not be shared or resold.
3. Licence
You may install and use the Products for personal or work use on browsers you own or control. You may not sell the Products or present them as your own work.
4. Updates
I may add, change or remove features over time, especially as GitHub and LeetCode change their websites.
5. Third party websites
The Products change the appearance of github.com and leetcode.com in your own browser. MyTheme Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by GitHub, Inc. or LeetCode. Those sites may change in ways that temporarily break some features. I will make reasonable efforts to fix this but cannot guarantee compatibility at all times.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. A refunded license key is deactivated.
7. Disclaimer
The Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. They are cosmetic tools and do not modify your data on GitHub or LeetCode.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to the Products is limited to the amount you paid for them.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
